does slow weight gain have long term complications for baby? he is achieving all milestones as per age but weight gain is 3kg in 4.5months. birth weight 3.7kg current weight 6.2kg age 4.5 months

A. Hi Mom, your baby is getting good weight as per his age. Don't worry about that. Just feed your baby at regular intervals of time. Burp up your baby after every feed. Thank you and have a nice day.
