Does R.B tone syrup makes baby tongue black? if not then what are the causes behind blackness of my baby tongue??

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl7 months agoA. Is an iron supplement that you’re giving to the child because that is proved to make the motion colour as well as the tongue of the child black so it’s okay whenever you give a bath for a child use a silicon tongue cleaner to clean the tongue regular
