Does poha cause constipation in babies? BTW my baby is 7 months old now

No poha is rich in fibre it does not lead to constipation but looking at the age of your child I would like to tell you that kids don’t have much water and fibre in this age which is why they suffer with constipation when you include external food right so you just have to have patience with the digestion of the child in the meanwhile make sure to include always a lot of fibre and fluid in the diet of your child
