Can I give poha to my 8.5 months old baby ? Is poha causing constipation? Please share the benefits of Poha.

Why is pretty rich in calcium and iron and also is very high rich in fibre so very easy to digest that way should be given in minimal quantity of course it does not create constipation actually foods don’t create constipation as such as a misconception you should have sufficient amount of fibres and liquids in the diet for better digestion and motion
