does perianal cellulitis look like this? or it's just a daiper rash? please explain how to treat this condition?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 8 m old boy2 years agoA. for perianal/perigenital / diaper rash if it is less then you can go for simple coconut oil as well as any rash cream which is available for diaper rash like (rashfree / ezinapi / b4napi / zincal) but if it is not improving then at night time you can add t bact cream in the perianal area which will help in decreasing the rashx. to prevent the diaper rash in the future kindly apply coconut oil before making the child wear the diaper

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 4 m old girl2 years agoA. Don’t use diapers at all and apply Boroline anti septic cream every one hour into this area and clean it properly and keep it dry your child poops so please do this this should be helpful within 24 hours I think your child is going to get some relief
