ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. no, it don't help much. to increase breast milk, have dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makhana everyday. Drink lots of milk, protein supplement

yes , fruits like oranges can help.
and mam ,you can also take or add food items like cumin seeds , fennel seeds , ajwain seeds , ginger, garlic etc can also help you.
mam ,you can take supplements like leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk too which are safe and definitely help.
