does mother having spicy food affect feeding to baby girl of 3 months old..

A. strictly avoid spicy and oily food..it can change taste of your milk and can cause severe colic or diarrhea in child otherwise there's no food restrictions if food prepared at home

A. Yup Yes it does affect because when the mother eats too much of spicy food that goes to the child in the field of the mother somewhere so obviously a child gets affected which is why it is said that for initial 60 days you should eat less spicy food and even after 60 days you should have modern spice is not too much of spicy food is recommended
