does menstrual cycle affect milk secretion, I feel it is lesser than normal days

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. baby is 8 month To boost lactation take lactare tablet and galact granules add oats and meat in the diet take lots of the oral fluids maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom No, periods will not effect your breast milk supply..So no need to worry. U can have jeera water two times a day to improve lactation if u feel that ur milk supply has reduced. take care and all the best
