I have used it for tan purpose and I don’t see it landing anywhere I’m not very certain whether it can make the skin fair or not but if you want you can give it a shot or you can use it if you want to but I must like to tell you this thing here that no product or option can elevate the skin tone of a person but still if you want you can go ahead with it
