Does faint line mean pregnancy or false pregnancy do I need to test again please advise

A. It is a very faint line but still we can say that there could be a possibility of this being positive but since we cannot trust UPT hundred percent I would recommend you that you should get a blood test done or an ultrasound with your doctor
