Does engorgement in one breast means less milk in other side?

A. hello in the case the breast milk is not sufficient you can alternatively be giving the child infant formula milk using a bpa free bottle like babyhug which would be good and safe for the growth of the child and absolutely nothing to worry about and not a problem
