NikithaMom of a 11 yr 4 m old boy5 years agoA. hello it is absolutely fine to consume Amla which is not a problem and is having its own nutritional benefits which is good even after delivery and this will not affect the stitches also and is absolutely safe to be consumed and not a problem you can add it on a daily basis
