A. hi your baby is 3 months old now the digestion capacity of young babies is often immature and there is no correlation between your diet and baby's bowel movement .

A. Hello dear parent! Yes, feeding mother’s diet will definitely effect the baby’s digestion if the baby is exclusively breastfed. Maintain a good personal hygiene for your child and yourself. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Good luck and take care.
