Q.
Does. eating certain foods affect frequency of motion in exclusively breast fed baby . for example does eating mangoes affect bowel movements in exclusively breast fed 3month baby.

Maintain a good personal hygiene for your child and yourself. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Good luck and take care.
