Q.

can eat mangoes after C-section.csection was done 15days back only .this will affect baby.i heard by eating mangoes the baby will go motion s is it correct or wrong

A. you can eat Mango there is no problem. it is a rich source of Beta carotene, vitamin C, fibre antioxidants which will help in recovery but like every food quantity should be controlled because they are also rich in calories as far as mango affecting your baby what you eat does not affect baby digestion or gas or cause cold. breast milk is made from mother's blood. composition of breast milk and blood remains same irrespective of what mother eats

A. There is no problem with eating mango but eat in a limited quantity as it is hot in nature and loosens the stomach also
