Does consumption of chilly have any harmful effect on the baby and myself during pregnancy?

A. excessive is bad ok. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.

A. If you have anything and every thing in moderation and it’s not a problem chilli also you can have proper chilli whatever is needed but not over the top because spicy food is not good for you it’s not going to affect your child currently but it’s going to have acidity and heartburn issues to youWrite Your Answer Here
