Does B4 nappi diaper rash cream causes the skin to get dark?

Usually none of the creams can lead to an issue of darkening of the skin but yes it has been commonly seen if you continue to use diapers for a very long stretch then it can actually make the skin dark in that area it can probably be just associated with that
