NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello apple puree is safe to be given for the baby and it generally does. it cause cold or cough and if the child is having cold and cough then you will have to avoid giving your child fruits till then which should be better and also safe and till 6 months do. ot give baby y any food
