Does abdominal binder help in reducing belly after c section delivery?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. It is always advisable to use a cotton saree to tie your abdomen after delivery which is more comfortable and easy to tie and is more effective just take care when you are tying , you should be lying down properly and then roll the saree as tightly as possible. You can start after one week of c section delivery and immediately a fter normal delivery. .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. No other doesn’t help in reducing it but it does keep the stomach in place so that it doesn’t become saggy so yes that’s the benefit of using it and u can also use it and also it’s totally safe u. Used
