Q.
Does a baby get effected while the mother stays away during her job? I have two sons both under 3 years old. The elder one is 2.8 yr old and the younger one is 15 months old. Do they get effected if I stay away from them for 9 hours because I am about to join a new job. I am too confused about what to do. Does it effect my kids psychologically? If yes, till what age does it effect them? Since when can I work? Please reply.

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. hello yes mother giving time for the child is very important and you will have to try to manage between the work and the kids which is very important especially for a working mom and try to balance it between and try to spent some time at lease with the child which kids would definitely want at this age
