doctor suggested adinoids and tonsils surgery .is it mandatory or is there any other way to reduce it

A child is having a problem which is grade 4 and in this case surgery would be a better option see if you’re looking for a permanent solution to the problem then better to get the surgery done which is normal and totally safe it is a common surgery these days but if you don’t want to do it then you just have to continue giving medicines to the child
