Doctor, my daughter is having cold and cough since last 2 days . mother is having urine infection, and cold cough so it might be due to it . please suggest the option. we are giving the drops as enclosed

As the first line of treatment you can give steam inhalation which would be helpful . Cough Sycp should be jgiven only after a proper evaltuation .
