Doctor my child is 3+year but he is not talking and playing humare aap paas ke logo ke saath....he continued crying even me and his father saath main hote hain phir bhi...bahar bhi akele he khelta bas jab tak koi bole nhi ...what can I do ??

Everything is perfect for him bas kis other ya new person se milne ke baad rone lagta hai and aur doosro ke ghar nhi jaata...dusro se mixup nhi hota jaldi...even apne daadi nani ke yaha bhi jaata tab bhi kise ki godi nhi jata baat nhi karta jabki him logo se bahut bolta h aur San understand karta h....I'm very concerned plz help ??

18 महीने की उम्र से 3 साल की उम्र के बीच उचित भाषा/भाषण विकास शुरू हो जाएगा।
 इससे पहले चिंता करने की कोई जरूरत नहीं है, बस आहार पर ध्यान दें और बच्चे के साथ नियमित बातचीत करें।
 साथ ही बच्चे के साथ बातचीत करने के लिए उपलब्ध अधिक लोगों के साथ भाषण और भाषा ठीक से विकसित होती है
 टीवी मोबाइल और लैपटॉप के उपयोग से बचें क्योंकि वे भाषण और भाषा के विकास में देरी के सबसे सामान्य कारण हैं।

सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है कि भाषण से xपहले माता-पिता द्वारा दिए गए आदेशों की समझ मौजूद होनी चाहिए।
 18 महीने तक यदि बच्चा बुनियादी आज्ञाओं का पालन नहीं कर रहा है और आपकी नही सुनता है तो केवल आपको भाषण और विकास मूल्यांकन के लिए डॉक्टर से मिलना होगा।
 आपके डॉक्xटर द्वारा स्पीच थेरेपी की आवश्यकता पर भी चर्चा की जाएगी।
