Q.

Doctor my baby is suffering from lactose intolerance from last 1 month ,on doctors advice i have changed the formula milk from similac to zerolac.from last 3 weeks im giving her zerolac ..my doctor said me to switch back to similac but if im giving her similac her loose stools start immediately..so is it fine to continue zerolac till she completes 1 year ??

A. yes can continue zerolac also it is important to follow the instructions opinion advice and medicines course given by your doctor for the problem . they are safe if given by registered medical practitioner. do not take medicines not prescribed by the doctor . take a follow up in few days if it is not improving for need of treatment modification or any lab / radiological investigations.
