Q.

My five and a half months kids have redness in the bumb area. two months back I changed the formula drink. doctor said lactose intolerance, he changed the formula. Now I again I changed formala from Simalac advance 1 to Simalac 2. again same sings have started what to d

A. Yes Sir I am breast feeding them but cannot handle both of them. And don't thin the are getting enough. They keep crying so have to give them formula milk even tho I cannot afford it

A. Yes we have given him that also the redness had gone, but he does not want to drink that, after that doctor said try similac Advance 1. For about 2 months nothing happened, going good. but the problem is Getting the product is very difficult. and costly so not all medical shop has it. Please suggest something cheaper can be easily be available, and without lactose... Thanks

A. why formula milk ?. Breastfeeding is the best source of natural immunity and antibodies to a newborn baby never give formula milk as it is not required at all exclusive breastfeeding is a must for good immunity and baby health , reduces colic and gas issues and overall brain development of the baby. No water , ghutti or any other syp is given till 6 months of age .

A. good morning I would recommend you to try to give only non milk based formula milk to the child this will help to make sure that the child is not having any problem of indigestion due to lactose intolerance
