Q.

hello doctor,, my boy 1 year 9 months,, he has lactose intolerance,, can we feed him curd, paneer and chana? ** want only doctor advice**

A. hi, it depends on level of intolerance, mild or high.. you can give ur baby curd or yoghurt.. because the lactose in these products is fermented and having lactase enzyme and this enzyme acts in the intestine to help digest the lactose. paneer do have more latose so may try by giving in small amount

A. Hi When your child is lactose intolerant you cannot feed all these things to the child you can go ahead with so I am products for the child you know so your products like soya Paneer or so your card that all things can be given to the child but if you want to go ahead with the for the treatment as I will advise you to get a treat with an allergy export or homoeopathic treatment because of the proper treatment you can get rid of these things over the period
