doctor my baby is 4months8 days girl she is suffering from cold since last 2days,she got cough lightly yesterday now that cough became sever, like how means she is not able to cough also now from evening she got fever 100.4°f, it's ok r not.please suggest any drops for fever and cough and cold mainly cough she is unable to cough so please give reply quickly
