doctor mere baby 4.5 month ki h usko cold and cough bhut jyda h pls btaye kya kru or hm Himachal Pradesh m rhte h yha Ka weather bi bhut thanda h baby ko cold and cough se bchane ke lea kya kre pls btaye usko gas problem bi rhte h m usko bonnisaan or 4 ryme bi dete hu pr fir bi usko gas bn hi jaati h

whenever you touch the palms and soles of the child they should be warm. prevent temperature variations from hot to cold and cold to hot environment.
you can use a room heater or blower to maintain a constant temperature during night time to prevent fluctuations. give more fluids to the child orally.
complete the vaccination of the child on time
This can occurs due to weather changes and temperature variations or simple cold and rarely infection.
kindly give nasal saline drops (nasoclear /nasivion s)every three hourly and since it is a salt water/saline water it does not have any side effects and can be given again and again for nasal blockage and respiratory cough.
It will dissolve muccus in nose and throat.
For fever and pain give paracetamol
Try to prevent temperature variations around the child and you can also give indirect steam inhalation and if there is no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor
