Doctor inwant to ask a question . my son is 19 months approx old . is it safe to serve him food cooked in microwave oven . like healthy cakes and cookies. as outside cookies are not healthy for him. please reply me

A. hello n good afternoon see the microwaves controversies are for sure because of the high heating process in less time so u r losing its nutrient value .. so be carefull sometimes definitely u cn use it cookies n cakes baked at home
