doctor iam 36 weeks 3 days pregnant and my baby weigh 3.4 kgs .does this lead to any complications in delivery. please explain

That's approximately the size of a romaine lettuce and the weight of a small turkey. By now, your baby's lungs are probably mature enough to breathe outside the womb without any help.
