doctor I wanted to know whether all the milk teeth of the kids fall or only the front teeth falls?

A. all milk teeth will replace by new one , it started from front teeth and gradually move towards the molars . at this time give more calcium rich food to baby and consult doctor to calcium supplement (homeopathic recommended)
