it happens because of calcium deficiency
please visit your pediatrician for once
give calcium rich food items more
avoid giving RO water
give Sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
clean your child brush with sesame seeds oil once in a week, avoid giving sticky food items
use baby friendly brush like Babyhug brand brush
