hi sir, my son is 20 month old and his teeth have cavity in molers. front teeth colour is 5% white from upside and small piece broken when I touched his teeth. i have shown two doctors but I can't understand what to do. kindly suggest

maintain a habit of brushing your kid's teeth twice daily using fluoride free kids toothpaste
