Q.

Doctor I m 30 week pregnant can i sit in sunlight..??? The sunlight will effect my amiotic fluids...???? And if I sit in sunlight so how much time I have to sit...According to me the reason siting in sunlight is m facing back pain and I'm feeling relaxed after doing this...Plzzz do reply doctor

A. yes of course you can go and sit in sunlight there is no problem during pregnancy to sit in sunlight in fact it is good if you set early in the morning which provides Vitamin D and also helps good calcium level maintain in the body
