Doctor has asked me to give 1 ml ZIncovit syrup in morning and 1 ml in evening everyday. But by mistakenly i have given 1 ml at 9:30 am and again at 11:30 am i have given 1 ml. does it cause any problem or overdose

A. Hai good afternoon !! No need to worry as you have given double dosage ,so avoid giving the syrup in the evening. As its is a supplement (multi vitamin syrup ) no issues . Due to overdosage baby might be drowsy, sleeps more than usual thats it.
