Doctor, Do you recommend any specific shampoo to control hairfall and reduce grey hairs.

A. I suggest not to use any chemical based products which are available in the market. It will only harm your hair and may lead to hair fall. I recommend using mamaearth rosemary hair oil and mamaearth rosemary hair shampoo. It will nourish hair follicles and strengthen the roots which will help to gain hair volume naturally. Both the products are dermatologically tested and are safe to use. Give it a try.

A. Hi dear good morning Massage. Massaging the scalp can help to restore hair growth and can be used in conjunction with hair oils and masks. Apply coconut oil boiled with curry leaves. Add curry leaves in ur diet. Soak methi seed n grind it u can use even curry leaves. Grind together n apply to ur head n after 1/2 hours take shower. Continue weekly
