Doc,My son is 11 years old. I noticed that the skin around his neck has become darker, and he has about three small skin tags in his underarm.could be this symptoms od diabetic???

Gulafsha KagziGuardian of a 4 yr 5 m old girl1 week agoA. sometimes skin tissue cells appears here that's why skin looks darker.... but wherever he baths he should maintain hygeine with better baby soap and gently rub on that area i think that's works better...
