doc, my baby is 2 mnths n 20 days old.. she does not sleep at night till 3.00 am or 4.00 am inspite of all our efforts to make her fall asleep.. she even does not sleep much during day time as well.. please suggest how to change her habits

A. sir bit it becomes very difficult since she even does not sleep well in day time.. otherwise she is healthy but makes me exhausting the whole day

A. Hello, your baby girl is 2.5 months old and she doesn’t sleep well at all upto 3/4 am so if she is healthy and putting her weight properly then don’t worry

Q. #asktheexpert how to change the baby sleep schedule? my daughter used to sleep at 12:00-1:00 in the night and have good sleep till morning 10:00 - 11:00. But from last 1.5 months she is sleeping around 3:30-4:00 and waking up around 1:30-2:30. So here entire schedule is getting messed up.
