Q.

My 14 month old baby sleep late at night around 2:00 to 3:00 am can I give her a meal before sleeping?? pr else what type of food should I give her?

A. Hi, dinner you can give by 8 o’clock. After that before sleeping you can give a glass of lukewarm milk. Make sure to the baby goes early to bed. Please do not give mail after eight in the night.
