first to do list :
take Healthy and nutritious diet
keep your self well hydrated
take homemade fresh food
take prenatal vitamins as per your doctor's prescription
go for daily walk.
don't do :
self medication and homemade remedies should be avoided
avoid outside food items
avoid taking stress
