Do my baby if one month gains weight even though she spits milk ?

Ya Yeah absolutely your child is getting way don’t worry about it spitting is normal they can always put milk even if they have a had a little bit of milk it is just a part of the system because it is due to stomach reflux which throws out the milk again after having it so don’t worry about
