my 4 year old daughter eats fine but never Gains weight ..is it fine ? she is healthy though

If She is healthy and she is having a proper weight of approximately 16 KG as of now if you feel that your child is underweight from any point or your child needs to have better wait according to you then you can definitely consult your paediatrician regarding this
