ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. no. only eat multi vitamins. see there will be lots of brands trying to impress you. but you try to stick to one brand and not fancy items ok. see your pocket too. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.

Hello mom If you are having a severe hair fall then in such case you should definitely consult with the dermatologist about it because Dr can only advise you well after checking you and having some blood test. Till the time you should add more iron and multivitamin supplements in your regular diet plan also start doing a massage with coconut oil or almond oil
