My 5 month baby hearing is perfectly okay he give response to every little noise around him only I am worried he don’t make much noise says ahh goo smile a lot but not giggling. His laugh without noise. Pls suggest is this normal or do I need to consult doctor.

Consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice. Continue to exclusively breastfeed until 6 months. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil
