Q.

Do children become extra cranky during their 18 months of age? My daughter has sudden mood swings, when she’s happy she’s too happy and then 2-3 times a day she throws a huge tantrum which is too much to take. I try to divert her but her grandmother always picks her up and start pampering her which is increasing that behaviour more! Pls suggest how to handle these kind of situations.

A. During the time of teething and premolars this is the worst time for kids because they suffer with crankiness loss of appetite loose motion sometimes fever sometimes they get very clingy by nature so that can happen it is not associated with the age of 18 months it’s a usual thing that can be seen into the nature of the time during this time of teaching
