ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. yes now they are allowed to ok. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workout
