yes babies can have high temperature during teething phase.
as kid's tend to put everything in mouth during teething phase so maintain proper cleanliness of the objects used by your child to prevent any kind of gastrointestinal infection.

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and it is not necessary to get fever at the time of teething. nd sometimes baby start vomiting and loose motion.. and please give baby bc21 homeopathy medicine for better teething process.
