Do all the first time mothers need breast pumps? When should it be used? And how? Also, which is the best one?

I Would like to tell you it is not a compulsion nobody needs a breast pump see if you are having good amount of field and you believe that you can express your breast feed store it for a later time or you want when you go out you can feed it from a bottle out these things then you require to go for a breast pump otherwise if you can conveniently press video child and it is not required to go for breast pump
