Discharge is coming from my 3.5 month old baby and mine eyes as well. What could be reason

A. Due to some infection you’ll have to get examined with your doctor that way only you’ll rather have a better clarity on the situation and if there’s something that is needed to be taken care of the doctor can advise you on that consult the doctor once
