diet plan after birth for myself

A. Hello mom you can have small meals throughou t the day but intiially for first 40 to 45 days you may prefer easy to digest foods only , and avoid whole grains and cereals and high spicy foods . include green leafy vegetables such as drumstick leaves, fenugreek leaves, also inlcude panjiri, dry fruits \, milk as well, also use jeera or ajwain or saunf water to better digestion e, garlic, oats, flax seeds
