A. Hi, 8 AM-breakfast-carrot Dosa, onion Dosa, khichadi anything which you make at your home 11 AM-morning snacks-fruit salad or soup or milkshake 1 PM-lunch rice and Sambar, Khichdi, Dal rice with vegetable fry 4 PM-fruit juice 7 PM-Dinner-Idli, rice and dal porridge anything which is light. And before putting baby to sleep you can give a glass of milk with a pinch of turmeric added to it. Make your own timetable so that you can cover different type of veggies, fruits, pulses in the diet.
